Whilst the original learning project with this health and social care company focused on marketing understanding, the sell-off of the company to a private equity firm meant that additional inputs were then required to enhance strategy understanding alongside the construction of very commercially focused strategic plans for all. This embraced further inputs of coaching and consulting from BEP.

Group 4 Securicor

An early client of BEP when the company was titled Group 4 Falck, the requirement from this client was to create a small scale ‘Corporate University’ and to establish the core learning that would be designed for each level of management within a division of the UK operation of this global leader. As the founder of BEP had set up the world first in automotive retailing Henry Ford College at Loughborough University he was able to use this expertise to drive the Group 4 project. Whilst no learning was delivered by BEP the task of finding, assessing and selecting a University partner for the project was left to BEP.
