With a number of executive customers from a variety of industry sectors, BEP was asked to add some creative input to an accredited Solutions Focused Thinking postgraduate course. Designed to combine theoretical concepts with practical and contextual application the course mirrors the thinking of BEP in terms of strategic applicability and acceptability of learning. Follow up coaching, mentoring and ‘strategic plan’ assessment were also designed into this partnered programme.

The challenges facing the NHS are well documented and needing some deep rooted thinking and activity. BEP has been engaged by a number of NHS ‘organisations’ both for one off events and for more staged business education, designed and delivered for a mix of clinicians and NHS management. In each case the business education has involved a mix of inputs and activities designed to test current approaches and to allow integrated assessment by group delegates of appropriate – though often challenging – ways forward. Well received by delegates and clients alike the Strategic RELEEP model has been particularly significant in driving the learning.
