After many years of delivering engineering support to its own parent company, when the engineering division of BA decided to take its capabilities into other external markets it turned to BEP for assistance. Recognising the need for the division’s leaders and managers to be more commercially as well as customer focused meant BEP developing specific business education to cover these areas as well as additional support materials to drive understanding, application and measurement of the overall implementation of this new venture by the firm.

Network Rail

In partnership with a leading European Business School BEP has developed, designed and delivered a business environment and strategy workshop and additional learning support to more than 1200 managers from this British rail infrastructure company. Working with the Business School for more than 5 years the focus has been on continually updating the materials, examples and delivery modes to ensure complete contextual relevance and content applicability.
