This work with the parent company of PC World focused on the research aspect of the Strategic RELEEP model and centred on establishing customer insight of a potential target audience for the PC World brand of products. From the gathered research carried out by BEP, the company was able to translate the learning needs of the store managers, store support staff and head office staff – carried out by the company HR function.
BEP was engaged on a renewable one year contract for three years to develop and deliver a series of learning solutions for a division of this very established Japanese company operating in the UK. Working directly for the CEO the focus of the company was on creating enhanced customer experience and setting a benchmark for the industry sector. From this vision that was created in partnership with BEP the next stage was to ensure the learning was designed and delivered across all levels of the company to ensure the customer experience was delivered. Using business education and numerous other interventions including coaching, mentoring, customer focus groups and internal marketing planning, the end result was increasing profitability, customer retention, staff retention and business growth – amongst many other KPI’s.
