Management Retreat worked with a series of teams from the Capital in order to develop strategies and iniatives ready for the olympics and beyond to 2025 these included Barclays Bike, Bromley cycleways, Oyster and Dial-A-Ride improvements.
Focused around balanced scorecard thinking advocated by Kaplan and Norton, Management Retreat played a key part in the re-development of London's transport thinking and application.
